4. AI & Automated Processing
Ocean ID uses artificial intelligence to analyze images and suggest species identifications. Outputs may be inaccurate and should not be treated as scientific or legal evidence. Processing is automated but not used for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:
- Service providers: storage, analytics, email delivery, payment processors, etc.

- Data is stored with top tier cloud providers.
